Vendor Compliance: Apartment communities often do not just pay anyone who sends them an invoice. There are certain hurdles they have in place to make sure the companies sending them referrals are legit brokerage companies.
We are vendor compliant with over 300 management companies across Texas!
- We pay for the annual fees for Compliance Depot, NetCafe, RMIS, and other compliance services
- We keep the documentation they require updated
- We submit invoices to Ops Technology and similar invoicing services so the invoices are paid quicker
Why do we do this?
So you can focus on sales! It really make more sense for a real estate company to internalize most of the administrative duties so the sales people can focus on sales. Everyone wins in this scenario!
