Terms and Conditions – SpiritRE.com is a website that is owned and operated by Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC. A TREC licensed agent will provide relocation services to our clients and can assist in real estate transaction-related responsibilities. Please read the following information carefully. The information contained on this website is communicated and issued by Spirit Real Estate Group, LLC in accordance with the following terms and conditions. By accessing any part of this website, you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions in this Legal Notice in full. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not continue to access this website.

Rebate Terms:

All rebates are subject to the commission Spirit Real Estate Group is receiving from the property.
The property referred to you by Spirit and has agreed to pay our invoice.
“Spirit” must be listed on the guest card and application as your referral source.
Should the property pay a reduced commission, then a reduced incentive will be provided.
Rebates are mailed out once payment has been received from the property, typically 4 to 8 weeks after move in, depending on the property’s invoice processing time.
If the rebate check is lost or stolen, a new check can be reissued but with a $25 stop payment fee for the existing check.
Rebate checks that are not cashed or deposited within 60 days from issuance date will be cancelled.
All customers who have leased an apartment must complete a rebate request form.
