Invoicing & Collections: Invoicing is an important task that frequently takes up a lot of time. It doesn’t make you money, it just takes your eyes off the prize. At Spirit Real Estate Group, we handle all of your invoicing needs, ensuring you spend your time working on more profitable pursuits.

As soon as you confirm the lease of the property, we will take it from there. We will:

  • Confirm tenant move in
  • Take care of printing, mailing, faxing, and emailing a copy of the invoice.
  • Handle Ops, Payscale, NetVendor, Compliance Depot, RMIS, and other service submissions
  • Confirm receipt of the invoice.

Collections:

Since we have been in the business since 2006, we are keenly aware that one of the most difficult, and frankly, frustrating parts of apartment locating can be dealing with collections. We are skilled at collecting invoices, and have collected all but two invoices from a mom and pop property in Garland, TX. (This does not include invoices where the client has skipped.)

NO BLACKLIST???

You may be coming over from a company that has restrictions on the properties you can send clients too. Either they do not want to mess with that company anymore or the brokerage is blacklisted. Here, there are no restrictions or blacklist.
 
We have over 400 management companies that we work with, and while a select few of them are terrible at paying in a reasonable amount of time, we do not prevent you from leasing there.
 
Just know, it could be a while before we see a payment from them, and if there is a rebate you need to set the clients expectations.
