We allow commercial real estate sponsorship transactions, but they will need to be reviewed by an internal experienced commercial agent to make sure all of the documents are provided and look right. The review cost is based on the amount of the transaction.
- $300/ transaction for Sale or Lease under $1M
- $500/ transaction for sale or Lease $1M and over
Pricing for Commercial Real Estate Sponsorship
- For commissions over $15,000 there is an E&O fee of $5 per 1000. Example: $20,000 commission has $100 E&O Fee added.
Is There a Full Support Option for Commercial Real Estate Sponsorship?
For Agents who may be rusty or have a referral for a type of transaction that they do not have any experience with then we have a full support option.
For 50% of the Commercial Real Estate Sponsorship transaction the experienced commercial agent will jump in and help you with every aspect of the transaction other than showing the property.

How Do I Get Paid?
Similar to residential you will be paid at closing on resale.
We will handle the invoicing on the leasing side. Once payment is received, we will process your commission at the end of the pay period in which is was received.
