We are going to create and manage and pay for the Website, Google Adwords Campaigns, Search Engine Optimization. We are also going to manage all of the brand management in the state.

All of the leads that come in are thoroughly vetted and onboarded for you. Our screening process makes sure every possible lead knows that we are a business that is 100% ethical and expects nothing less from the agents and sponsoree’s.

We will bring our proprietary CRM tool which was designed for this business model. There is no cost to the agents or you and we will pay for and maintain it until the end of all days.

It is used to efficiently manage not only agents on a micro level for individual teams but also on a macro level for the company so it is fully scalable, and all of the required record keeping is made easy through this software.

We will have a centralized office that will handle all of the invoicing and collections across all states, which includes paying for and maintaining vendor compliance with each of the property management companies as needed.

All commissions that are paid directly to Spirit Real Estate Group will be sent to our centralized office and we will pay out the agents the commission owed at the end of the prospective pay period. (Bi-Monthly)

Each Agent will be setup on direct deposit as needed and pbiaid directly from us. 

Since the revenue will be centralized we will also handle the bookkeeping and the 1099 tax notices at the beginning of the year.
