About the Broker

Hello!

I’m Bryan Bjerke, and real estate has been my passion since 2006. From the moment I got my license, I knew this career was something special. Helping people find a place to call home, making a real difference in their lives, and experiencing the excitement of a constantly changing market—it’s what I love most about what I do!

One of the things that makes real estate so rewarding is the mix of flexibility and challenge. No two days are the same, and that keeps things fun and exciting. There’s nothing quite like the personal and professional growth that comes with this industry!

When I founded Spirit Real Estate Group, I did so with a deep commitment to faith and values. We are a Spirit-led company, guided by integrity, compassion, and respect for everyone we work with. It’s important to me that our clients always feel valued and cared for—just like family.

At Spirit Real Estate Group, we go the extra mile to make sure you feel supported every step of the way. I personally make sure that every client has access to me directly—because great service starts with real relationships.

I’d love to connect and help you on your real estate journey. Looking forward to meeting you soon!

Warmly,
Bryan Bjerke

Core Values

Matthew 7:12 So in EVERYTHING, do to others what you would have them do to you…
I worked in a traditional broker structure full-time for about 8 years. From that experience and the experience of my friends in the business, I took all of the qualities of the real estate industry that I didn’t like and I fixed them or removed them all-together.
Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…
This business correlates its rewards directly with your work ethic. I often tell prospects, “You are going to get out of it exactly what you put in.” If you have the mentality of doing your best work every time then you will be astonished on how well you will succeed.
Psalm 115:1 Not to us, O LORD, not to us, But to Your name give glory…
All good things are made possible by the Lord and rewards from our hard work are no exception. The blessings we receive in life are a responsibility, not only to praise Him for what he has done for us, but also to be a blessing to others.
