How Do Payroll Services Work At Spirit?
Payroll Services: We have two pay-periods per month that end on the 10th and the 25th for commission checks that are sent to the brokerage, this includes apartment locating, and tenant leasing commissions.
We normally run payroll the next business day but can be delivered up to the 15th and the 1st of each month.
We have 4 forms of electronic payment available:
- Direct Deposit – for regular commissions
- Zelle – has amount limitations
- Venmo – has amount limitations
- Paypal – has amount limitations
How Does It Work For a Franchise?
We handle all of the payroll for the agents you manage and we payout the splits according to what you have negotiated with each of your agents. No bookkeeping necessary, because we handle all of that for you!
