Incentive Disbursement: As your partners in real estate operations, we want to take care of all the administrative tasks so you can focus on what generates income.
We give you the ability to incentivize your clients to use your service by rebating or crediting some of your commission to them directly. You are able to rebate or credit in either sales or leasing.
Leasing Residential, Commercial, and Apartments
Once the payment is received from the property we will send your clients the rebate the next business day or faster.
Another added benefit is that by taking this job off your plate, we allow you more time to close more deals and earn more commissions.
Sales
Sales Residential or Commercial
The CRM has a place to be able to add a credit to your client directly to the Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) form which instructs the title company to credit the amount specified to your clients at closing.
Locators - We provide a rebate form page just for you!
It will notify both you and Spirit once it has been completed and the rebate request details will be uploaded to the CRM.
We do require that all rebate must have a completed rebate form before being sent, which is in place to protect both you and Spirit, and set the client expectations accordingly.

Do we offer Free Moves?
Spirit Real Estate Group as a company does not offer free moves. We are a Cash-in Cash-out Company, which means we do not pay commissions or incentives prior to them being received. Which also means we are a debt-free company.
You as an agent are not prohibited from offering a free move to your clients. Just know that you will be responsible for the cost of move upfront, and then you will be reimbursed once commission is received.
